What does Muamer do?
- Client payments — every payment dated; paid vs. remaining always clear.
- Expenses with photo receipts — materials purchases and labor payments, each with the invoice/receipt photo attached, logged from the site in seconds.
- Specialty-line breakdown — plumbing, electrical, painting… see what each line is consuming, no manual totals.
- Profit as you go — percentage fee, fixed fee, or fixed-price contract; know where you stand before the project ends.
- Client portal — the client sees their own project only, read-only: payments, expenses, and progress photos, as they happen. You control what's visible per project; your private notes stay hidden by default.
- Team roles — owner / manager / staff / client, with adjustable permissions.
- PDF statements — export a full project statement; the client can export their own too.
What is Muamer not?
It is not an ERP and not a quantity-surveying tool: no bill-of-quantities (BOQ) module, no interim payment certificates, no inventory or payroll. If your work runs on those documents, a contractor ERP will fit you better — we wrote an honest comparison of the options in Egypt, including where Muamer is not the right fit.
The name
مُعَمِّر reads muʿammir — Arabic for "the one who builds / develops." In Latin script it's written Muamer (sometimes transliterated Muammir). Official site: muamer.net.
Language
The app is fully Arabic — Egyptian dialect, using the trade's own vocabulary. This English page is an overview for readers and search; the product experience itself is Arabic-first (العربية).
