Delete your Muamer account

This page concerns the Muamer (مُعَمِّر) app, operated under the Muamer trade name.

Primary path: inside the app

1. Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account.
2. Type the word «حذف» exactly.
3. Press Delete account in the confirmation dialog.

If you own an organization

First delete each organization you own, from the organization's settings, by typing its full name.

What is deleted? What remains?

Deleted immediately

• The account and its sign-in methods (password or Google/Apple links).
• The account's organization memberships.

Retained

• An identifier derived from your email: kept to prevent repeated evaluation periods, for as long as this safeguard is in use.
• What you created inside organizations (transactions, photos, activity): stays with the organization under the member name it recorded, without a link to your account.
• Records organizations entered about you (member names, contact details, and invitations): stay with the organization.
• Operational, security, and diagnostic records: for as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, and legal obligations.
• Backups: expire within 30 days.

Organization records remain for the organization’s lifetime and are removed when the organization is deleted.
